File

The file menu items are

• Show Views
  Selection makes the views pane visible if not already.
• Open Group
  opens a saved group of views.
• New Group
  creates a new group of views
• Import Summary Data
  Imports data into the application from excel spreasheet with correct format. see Getting Started.
• Import Views
  Import saved views
• Save
  Saves any changes to the current view
• Save As
  Saves the view as a new view.
• Print Preview
  Shows print preview dialog box displaying how the chart will look when printed
• Print
  Prints the current chart
• Exit
  Closes Vanguard Charting Tool

Edit

The Edit menu items are

• Copy
  Copies the current chart to the clipboard for pasting into other applications.

Scale

The Scale menu items are

• Enlarge Scale
  Enlarges the chart scale twice it's current size. Scrollbars are added to the chart.
• Reduce Scale
  Reduces the chart scale by half it's current size.
• Reset Scale
  Resets the chart scale to the default which is all points visible full width.

Help

The Help menu items are

• About
  Current version details.
• Contents
  Opens help viewer at contents page
• Suggestions
  Facility to e-mail Vanguard with any suggestions or bug reporting for the Vanguard Charting Tool
