Point Annotation

Data points on charts can be annotated by clicking on a point and select annotate om the menu.
Enter text in the short and long text boxes. Select the orientation, this is the posion of the annotation centred around the data point. Short text is displayed on the screen and long text is added to the tol tip for the data point.

Range Annotation

Range annotation is used to annotate the chart between two data points. Select the annotate menu item from thefirst point Tick the range check box. Select the second data point from the drop down list. Enter annotation text in Short and long fields. The position of the annotation can be moved by clicking on the annotation box and dragging up or down.
