Saving Views
CapChart allows a number of different ‘views’ of the data to be saved. This can
be helpful where a system comprises different geographical locations. In the example
of an IT break fix company, the same process operation exists at different call
centres. If the demand into each call centre is the same, comparative capability
can be established to determine which site has a better method.
