Menus
File
The file menu items are
Selection makes the views pane visible if not already.
opens a saved group of views.
creates a new group of views
Imports data into the application from excel spreasheet with correct format. see
Getting Started.
Import saved views
Saves any changes to the current view
Saves the view as a new view.
Shows print preview dialog box displaying how the chart will look when printed
Prints the current chart
Closes Vanguard Charting Tool
Edit
The Edit menu items are
Copies the current chart to the clipboard for pasting into other applications.
Scale
The Scale menu items are
Enlarges the chart scale twice it's current size. Scrollbars are added to the chart.
Reduces the chart scale by half it's current size.
Resets the chart scale to the default which is all points visible full width.
Help
The Help menu items are
Current version details.
Opens help viewer at contents page
