There are two types of summary data that the Vanguard Charting tool understands,
Case and date.
Date Data
The data format should include each date entry as a single row. Only
one column should be included with dates and each subsequent column numeric values.
the first row is used for the
series names.

Case Data
For case data the format is similar to the date format except
instead of a column for dates there is a column for case number. This column should
be of a text format.
