Asking Better Questions
The purpose of CapChart is to help you ask better questions to make concrete the
relationship between management thinking about the work, the people who do the work,
and the way the work is done, System (the design and management of work), and Performance,
in customer terms.
Better questions you would be inclined to ask include:
- does the visual pattern of the capability chart change over time?
- do we
have any ‘signals’ in the data?
